Refund Policy

Refund window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. Email weaiteit@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, or include the link on your flag. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

What happens to your flag

If you refund a payment, the amount is removed from your total and your flag moves down accordingly. If your total returns to zero, the flag stays on the board at base camp rather than being deleted.

Refunds we issue without being asked

• A duplicate charge.
• A payment that was taken but where the flag failed to appear on the board.
• A flag we remove for breaking the acceptable use rules in our Terms.

What is not refundable

Payments older than 14 days are not automatically refundable, because the flag has already been displayed and has already sent whatever clicks it sent. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us anyway and we will look at it.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Flags are one time purchases, not a subscription. We never charge you again unless you choose to pay more to climb.
