What Pay To Climb sells

Pay To Climb sells a digital collectible called a flag. A flag is a permanent, numbered listing on the mountain graphic at paytoclimb.com. Each flag displays a name, a logo and a link chosen by the buyer, and comes with a downloadable certificate image recording the flag and its number.

How placement works

  • Every flag is ranked by the total amount its owner has paid, highest first.
  • The highest total sits on the summit. Everyone else is placed below in order.
  • Paying more adds to your total and moves your flag higher.
  • A flag is never removed, revoked or refunded away because someone else paid more. Being overtaken changes your position on the mountain. It does not take anything away from you.

What you are buying

You are buying the flag itself and its placement, not a guaranteed outcome. We do not promise any particular number of visitors, clicks, customers or revenue. We publish the real click count next to every flag so you can judge the value for yourself before and after buying.

Acceptable use

You may not use a flag to link to unlawful content, malware, adult content, content that impersonates another business, or anything that violates the rules of our payment processor. We may remove a flag that breaks these rules and will refund the amount paid for it when we do.

Pricing and currency

Flags are priced in US dollars, with a minimum of $1. During a clearly labelled free window, flags may be claimed at no cost. A flag claimed for free is permanent on the same terms as a paid one.

Availability

The site is provided as is. We may change the design of the mountain, the layout of the board or the site's features. We will not remove paid flags or reorder them by anything other than the amount paid.
